Software development & IT services

Software built properly, for companies that depend on it.

Custom software, web and mobile apps, cloud infrastructure and AI features for startups, small businesses and enterprises worldwide.

Who we are

One team to design, build and run your software, from the first written specification to years in production.

02How we help

Six kinds of work we take on.

Most projects start with one of these. Many grow into several.

  • Build

Turn an idea or a specification into working software, shipped in usable increments.

  • Modernize

Replace or refactor legacy systems in stages, while the business keeps running.

  • Scale

Remove bottlenecks in code and infrastructure before growth turns them into outages.

  • Automate

Take repetitive manual work out of operations with integrations, workflows and practical AI.

  • Secure

Review access, data handling and infrastructure, close the gaps and keep them closed.

  • Maintain

Keep production software healthy with monitoring, updates and a clear process for fixes.

03Selected work

Products and platforms we have built

A selection from nine web projects and ten Android apps: our own products, operational platforms and client websites.

  • 02

    SaaS & technology

Self-serve web products, browser-based tools, role-based platforms and admin tooling.

  • 03

    Events & hospitality

Event ERP, quotations and invoicing, reservations, menus and venue websites.

  • 04

    Recruitment & careers

Hiring pipelines, admin consoles, candidate portals and coaching platforms.

06Process

How a project runs

Seven steps, the same for a two-month MVP or a multi-year platform, each ending in something you can review.

  1. Step 01: Discover

We learn how your business works, who the software is for and what success looks like. We ask the awkward questions early so they do not surface mid-build.

You getWritten summary of goals, constraints and open questions

  2. Step 02: Strategise

We define the scope, choose the technology and agree what ships first. You get a plan with real trade-offs, not a wish list.

You getScope, architecture outline, timeline and estimate

  3. Step 03: Design

We map the user flows and design the screens before anything is coded. Prototypes are reviewed with you and, where possible, with real users.

You getPrototype, screen designs and design system

  4. Step 04: Build

Engineers build in short increments, with code review on every change. You see working software every week or two, not a reveal at the end.

You getWorking increments in a staging environment

  5. Step 05: Test

Automated tests run on every change. Before launch we test performance, security and accessibility, and fix what we find.

You getTest coverage report and pre-launch checklist

  6. Step 06: Launch

We plan the release, migrate data if needed and go live with monitoring in place. Rollback is prepared before it is needed.

You getProduction release, runbook and handover

  7. Step 07: Scale

After launch we watch how the product is used, fix what gets in the way and plan the next improvements with you.

You getSupport plan and prioritised roadmap

07Why BrightonSolution

Why work with BrightonSolution

What stays the same on every project, whatever its size.

  1. The people who scope it build it

Nothing is handed down to someone who was not in the conversation.

  2. One accountable lead

A single person who knows your project in detail and answers for it. No ticket queues.

  3. Clear pricing

Every engagement states what is billed, how and when. Nothing is invoiced that was not agreed.

  4. Everything is yours from day one

Code, documentation and cloud accounts sit in your name. Nothing is held back at handover.

  5. Straight answers on fit

If another approach, model or team would serve you better, we say so before anything is signed.

  6. We run products of our own

We publish our own web tools and Android apps, so we know what software needs after launch.
